Land Acquisition Strategy: To minimize initial cash outlay, development site is negotiated on Option with Seller. Close of escrow & full payment to Seller occurs when bonds are issued.

$3MM Pre-Construction Funding: Funds are used for all aspects necessary to prepare package for bond issuance (architecture, engineering, legal, consultants, GMP, etc). Package takes +/-6 months to compile.

Bond Issuance: Securities team performs bond issuance - capital event (+/-10 months):

  • Close of escrow on development site.

  • Ground-breaking

Facility Development: Internal & external construction team manages facility build.

Facility Operations: Medical & operational staff onboarding.

Asset Stabilization: Facility expected to reach 100% maximum operational efficiency within 3 years of opening.
